Hoof Health Mastery - level 1
For the AVERAGE HORSE OWNER passionate about HOOF HEALTH. This is a beginner to intermediate online course for owners wishing to learn more about their horse's hooves, and take a preventative approach to hoof care.
Do you feel like you don't have enough knowledge about hooves to be able to tell a painful hoof from a healthy one?
Do you feel like you don't know which trimmer to hire to help your horse? you are overwhelmed by the different approaches to hoof care and find all the information confusing.
Do you struggle to have a conversation with your farrier? Every time you try to raise a concern or ask a question you feel silly for even asking, or feel like you don't know enough about hooves to even start the conversation.
Perhaps you've had horses develop lameness issues out of nowhere and you wish you saw it coming? Or wish you could understand why it happened.
Or you just want to learn more so that you can spot a painful hoof early on and take action with confidence, or simply want to make sure your horse is okay.
Hoof problems have a way to creep up on you, and one day seemingly out of nowhere you have a big problem.
Through this course you will gain the tools you need to prevent your horse from developing pain in his/her hooves
But this isn't just any hoof course, it's unique because it also teaches you how to approach hooves holistically through the V.I.B.R.R.A.N.T approach that I created. This takes this hoof course to a whole new level since you also learn about conformation, muscles, training, nutrition etc, and how it all plays a role in your horse's hoof care.
Through the years I've learned that in order to break the cycles of pain, and in order to truly be successful in preventing a cycle of pain you have to look at all the factors that can affect your horse. This means not only looking at the hooves when assessing hoof health but also looking at diet, environment, training, muscle health etc. If there's a problem in one, it can translate into a problem in the hooves. If you don't look at the other factors that affect hoof health, the goals you want to achieve in hoof health will by mimimal.

How the tiniest inconsistencies can affect the whole horse. I am very excited for the results long term and short term.
